Situation:
1. You have never logged into the oneg server.
Solution: go to http://onegs.adatshalom.net/ and hit the “New User” button and follow the instructions.
2. You’ve tried to login to the oneg server but it doesn’t recognize your name or email address.
Solution:
1. Send an email to hospitality@adatshalom.net. In the email:
* Tell us your full name
* Your correct email address.
2. We will set your record up correctly on the server and email you back to try again.
3. You’ve tried to login to the oneg server but you haven’t gotten the email confirm message that was promised.
Solution:
1. Check to make sure that the email is not in one of your “Junk” or “Bulk” email folders.

2. If you can’t find the email that way, add the domain “adatshalom.net” to your list of permitted email corresponders – and then try creating your ID again.

3. If that doesn’t work, send an email to hospitality@adatshalom.net saying that “You can’t add your name to the listserve”. In the email:
* Tell us your full name
* Your correct email address.
4. We will setup your record, as well as a login ID and one-time password, and email them back to you.
4. You’ve logged in to the oneg server before but:
a. You can’t remember your password.
Solution: Hit the “Forgot Password” button on the main login page, and follow the directions.
b. The server doesn’t recognize your password.
Solution: Hit the “Forgot Password” button on the main login page, and follow the directions.
c. You can’t find your name listed in the drop-down list anymore.
Solution: Act as if you are a new user. Hit the “New User” button and follow the instructions.
5. You can get into the oneg server but the information in your family record is out of date.
Solution: depends on what information is wrong:
a. If the family definition (adults and kids) is right, but an address or number is wrong, you can fix it yourself.
* Login.

* Type your family name in the “search” box at the upper left hand corner of the screen, and hit “return”.

* In the SECOND column: click on your own name. You should now go see the “Person View” for your member record.

* Just under the large phrase “Person View”, you will see a series of small phrases in blue that run across the top of the page.

  Click on the second phrase “Edit this Record”.

* Change the incorrect fields.

* Hit “SAVE”.
* Hit the “back” button on your browser until you get back to the screen which lists your name as well as that of your family.

* In the FOURTH column, click on your family name.

* Click on the phrase “Edit this Record” near the top left.

* Change the incorrect fields.

* Hit “SAVE”.
* You will see a list of menus in very small type at the VERY top of the webpage. Click on the first menu called “Main” and, in the drop-down box that appears, select “Log Off”.
b. If the family definition is wrong, contact Tim Bartol and work with him to rebuild your family’s identity on the server.
