TASTE OF SHABBAT: Dine, Dessert, & Daven!!

Join us for our FIFTH season
Beginning September 16, 2005 and continuing on the 3rd 
Friday of Each Month Through June 2006

Welcome Shabbat with the Adat Shalom community at
our lively monthly Friday night celebration

First, Dine! 6:45 p.m. – The Taste of Shabbat begins with rituals to prepare for & welcome Shabbat: candlelighting, handwashing, kiddush & motzi, followed by a delicious, catered vegetarian dinner. Bring your own wine, if you like! Only $15 per person. Or, you can bring your own dinner or potluck to share– subject to our oneg regulations, of course. Advance reservations and payment required for the catered meal. (Click here to make Reservations and Payment). In observance of Shabbat, money is not accepted at the door. While it may go without saying, no reservation or payment is required for attending services only.

Dessert and Singing for All 7:45 p.m. All are invited to join us for dessert with singing and learning. Again, this pre-service dessert requires NO reservation.

Daven: 8:15 p.m. – All are welcome to join us at our wonderfully musical services that engage both mind & spirit, led by Hazzan Rachel Hersh Epstein and our Adat Shalom musicians; this will often include Rabbi Fred or guest clergy, speakers, and musicians.
