Dear Families,
As the current school year
winds to a close, it is time to think about the 2004-05 / 5765 Torah School
year. Included in this packet are
registration materials for the coming year.
Registration materials are due back in our office by Thursday, July 1st. They must be accompanied by a $50
non-refundable registration fee per student.
Registration materials received without the $50 per student registration
fee will be returned to you and run the risk of incurring a late fee. Materials postmarked after July 1st
MUST be accompanied by a $25 per student late fee, in addition to the
registration fee. [This does not apply to registrations for the EDJE Teen Programs!
Included in this mailing are
the following pieces of information:
one registration form PER student [available either as RTF file for word processing or downloadable PDF file] (if you need additional forms, please
call our office at 301-767-3333 x101); Torah School Program information; tentative
schedule of classes; fee form – please fill out and return both the white and
yellow copies; and information/registration forms for OZRIM, the parent volunteer program. Some packets will also include information for incoming Ganon and
Gimmel students.
At the end of the summer,
you will receive information regarding classroom placement, a final schedule for
the coming year, and other relevant information. Please feel free to call if you have any questions.
Please take the time to
review the enclosed materials. Ask
questions. And participate to help make
our Torah School successful. May the
coming year bring you and your children continued growth educationally and
additional richness in your Jewish life.
