Would you like to strengthen your capacity to live your most cherished values?

This is an invitation to continue the soul accounting (cheshbon hanefesh) that Rabbi Fred highlighted during the Rosh Hashana morning service.

Come deepen your understanding of the middot, often called character or soul traits, through the lens of mindfulness utilizing contemplative practices. In each session we will explore one middah, its meaning and role in our lives. Between sessions each participant will continue working with that middah and talk with a hevruta (study partner) about how the middah is expressed in daily life. We will learn, support and encourage one another to be our best selves!

This program will be offered monthly on Wednesdays (10/21/20, 11/18/20, 12/16/20, 1/20/21, 2/17/21, 3/17/21, 4/21/21, 5/19/21) from 7:30-9 PM on Zoom. Continuity is important, so please be prepared to commit to attending all sessions.
