In these unprecedented times, new stressors emerge daily. This workshop will focus on active strategies for addressing stressors using a combination of mindfulness, hypnosis, and self-care planning. Participants will complete self-care measures and create goals for maintaining well-being following the group. No previous experience with mindfulness is needed.
