We are so glad you are considering joining Adat Shalom!
Our Reconstructionist congregation is an inclusive and caring community, combining traditional and contemporary Jewish observance to inform our lives and spiritual growth. Our membership is diverse, covering a wide range of religious and secular backgrounds, and we embrace households of all ages, life stations, sexual orientations, and income levels. You are certain to find your place among our members.
One of the best ways to experience Adat Shalom is to join us for Shabbat morning services (9:30 am), including wide-ranging congregational discussions of the weekly Parsha, followed by an oneg luncheon where members connect and bond with each other. You are welcome to join us at the guests’ table (the “welcome” table) in the social hall if you’d like an easy way to meet other members during the oneg. Please let us know when you might be coming, and we will find you and greet you!
You can find our preliminary membership application and our dues structure here. If payment of dues is a concern, please contact Marla Cohen at email@example.com for a confidential discussion.
